All garments by una berzina are designed and produced in Latvia. All garments will be shipped out during 2-5 days or when executed from receiving Paypal payment. If the garments need to be executed, it may take 3-4 weeks depending on the amount of ordered items.

 shipping

 Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only starting from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes. If you have ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.

 Please note that local charges may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact Your local customs office for further information.

 We accept payments through PayPal, this is a quick and secure way to pay online via mobile device and in store, with no extra fees.

 All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT taxes. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products plus delivery charges.

 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time.

 Please note we cannot accept an order if we cannot get authorization for your payment.

 returns and exchanges

 If you need to exchange or return your purchase, you must notify us of your intention to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery.

 Items must be returned 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

 We accept items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund for items unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. When trying clothes on, do ensure you handle them with care, do not use unnecessary force and make sure you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which can leave a scent or mark on the item.
